Frankoski Construction Co. was founded in 1977 by Stanley and Antionette Frankoski in Newark, New Jersey, with a simple but powerful vision: to build with integrity, craftsmanship, and care. What began as a small, family-run operation quickly grew into a trusted name in construction across the state.

Under the leadership of the second generation, Joseph, Anthony, and Stanley Frankoski, the company expanded its capabilities and reach, opening offices in East Orange and Lavallette, NJ. Their dedication to quality and client relationships helped Frankoski Construction become a go-to contractor for complex projects in the residential, educational, religious, hospitality, and commercial sectors.

Today, the third generation continues that legacy from our offices in Maplewood and Lavallette, NJ, bringing fresh energy and modern technology to the same values that built the company.
