Frankoski Construction proudly partnered with School of Rock to bring their newest location to life in Parsippany – Troy Hills. The project transformed a midcentury commercial building into a vibrant, sound optimized music education
facility designed to inspire creativity and foster community among aspiring musicians of all ages.
Project Complexity:
- Interior Reconfiguration: The existing layout was completely redesigned to accommodate lesson rooms, rehearsal spaces, and a dedicated performance area, each tailored for musical instruction.
- Acoustic Engineering: Specialized treatments were installed to support multi-instrument instruction and live shows, ensuring sound isolation and clarity throughout the facility.
- Modernization & Atmosphere: Contemporary finishes, lighting, and design elements were incorporated to create an energetic and welcoming environment for students and families.
