Seton Hall Prep Science Wing

This 10,000-square-foot addition included four state-of-the-art biology and chemistry laboratory classrooms, as well as a new passenger elevator that made the new and existing buildings fully ADA compliant and handicapped accessible. The exterior portion of the project involved brick and precast finishes that were built to match the original façade, constructed in 1856. The project also included the complete interior renovation of 17 existing classrooms and installation of a new three-story aluminum curtain wall system in the existing courtyard.
