Safety First

At Frankoski Construction, we’re committed to maintaining a safe and healthy working environment for our employees, for our subcontractors, and, in the case of construction projects in or around occupied buildings, for employees, students, customers, visitors and others who may be using those spaces.

At the start of each project, our OSHA-certified project managers implement a stringent safety protocol designed to minimize workplace hazards. Subcontractors are required to provide a copy of their safety manual and designate a project-specific safety officer, and our project managers present a safety orientation for all tradesmen prior to beginning work on a project.

Often Frankoski undertakes projects where business must proceed as usual. Whether it’s an office or retail store fit-out, a restaurant or church addition, or renovations on a college campus, we’re adept at maintaining a clean, safe environment for the client’s employees, customers or students — as well as for our own subcontractors and employees.
